PAVEL BREJCHA online store brings to you limited edition of the unique womenswear and accessories.

We developed this original online store for you to enjoy shopping with PAVEL BREJCHA spirit, everything is simple to use, easy to understand and your details are always secure.

To shop at the PAVEL BREJCHA online store you need to be 18 years old, or over and possess a valid credit or debit card that we accept.

By placing an order, you are accepting the PAVEL BREJCHA terms and conditions. You will have the opportunity to double check and adjust your order before the final confirmation step, so don’t worry if you make a mistake or change your mind about anything.

The contract is in Czech language, for sale in the Czech Republic, we sell in Czech crowns (CZK). For sale to other countries, the contract is in English and we sell our products in Euro (€). The final price will be calculated in the applicable exchange rate the day the credit card company processes the transaction.

Your use of the Site is subject to these Terms of Use and by using the Site you agree to be bound by them. Use of your personal information submitted to or via the Site is governed by our Privacy and Cookies Policy.

1. General Terms

1.1

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer and  PAVEL BREJCHA brand at the PAVEL BREJCHA website, mobile website or via telephone.

1.2

By using pavelbrejcha.com and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein. Please, read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on pavelbrejcha.com.

1.3

In order to shop on pavelbrejcha.com, you must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship. The PAVEL BREJCHA website only offers products that are in stock and that are published on www.pavelbrejcha.com. The inclusion of these products does not mean that they will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We may modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on pavelbrejha.com at the time you place your order. If you do not agree to any change of the Terms and Conditions then please, immediately stop using the website.

2. Prices and delivery charges

2.1

The prices displayed on pavelbrejcha.com include the statutory Value Added Tax but do not include a delivery charge.

2.2

In Czech republic we sell in Czech crowns (CZK). For sale to other countries, the contract is in English and we sell our products in Euro (€). The final price will be calculated in the applicable exchange rate the day the credit card company processes the transaction.

2.3

The delivery fee for each order will be the same regardless of the size or weight of your order. We use the services of Czech Post and their delivery rates for the delivery of your order. The Shipping fee will be included to the final price of your payment.

3. Ordering – Conclusion of Contract

3.1

The ordering options available to you are just via pavelbrejcha.com

3.2

Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest chance. If we have already received payment for this order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. Sometimes an alternative may be needed, in which case you will be contacted to agree on how to pay the required amount.

4. Delivery

4.1

PAVEL BREJCHA will take the greatest of care to be as accurate as possible when receiving and dispatching orders. We always endeavour to deliver your order to a residential address, post office or pick-up location. We send the ordered goods always the day after the confirmation of the payment.

4.2

PAVEL BREJCHA will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. Depending on delivery method and time of placing the order, delivery normally takes about 1 – 7 working days. (Monday – Friday) Delivery times may vary depending on where the order is to be delivered. Occasional delays may occur during peak periods or in the case of unexpected events.

4.3

Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Shipping fees will be displayed at the checkout and will be included to the final price of your payment. If you have given us your email address, you will receive a confirmation with your expected delivery.

4.4

5. Withdrawal of Order

5.1

You have the right to cancel or return your purchases within a period of 10 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods, which means that you are allowed to change your mind and send back the goods you have received, without any obligations from your side.

5.2

If you wish to cancel or return your order, please provide us with notice by using the email to our Customer Service shop@pavelbrejcha.com Or, you can also fill out the claim form enclosed with your order and confirmation. In any case, the goods must be sent within 10 days as specified in paragraph 5.1 above. After that, we have a 14-day period for handling the claimed goods, as listed in Section 6 (Returns) below

5.3

We will then provide a refund, attempting to use the same method that you used to make the payment. We will do this as soon as possible! At the latest, the refund will be given within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation, as long as we have received the items or evidence of you having sent them back.

5.4

If the item you have received is faulty, please notify us on shop@pavelbrejcha.com as soon as possible and return the item in accordance with section 6 (Returns) below. For any items that we do find to be faulty, we will always provide a full refund. The provisions outlined herein do not limit any applicable statutory rights.

6. Returns

6.1

PAVEL BREJCHA guarantees either a full refund or to replace any items in accordance with section 5 (Withdrawal of Order). All we ask is for you to treat the product and its packaging with care - please return items undamaged and unused, with all ORIGINAL labels and tags intact. This means that the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on).

6.2

The claim form is always enclosed in the order confirmation mail. Once your returned goods have been approved, you will be refunded.

6.3

Delivery of the returned goods is always paid by the customer.

7. Payment Methods

7.1

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

7.2

All transactions on this website are processed only through BrainTreePayments, which belongs to the PayPal group of companies, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card's data in a secure host environment.

7.3

When you pay online with us, you can be confident you are in a secure environment. All our card transactions are handled through Braintree, which is a validated Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant Service Provider. Braintree is on Visa's Global Compliant Provider List and MasterCard's SDP List.

7.4

Cardholder data is stored by Braintree using one of the most advanced encryption methods available. Braintree uses multiple encryption keys, which are stored on different physical servers. A data thief would not be able to make use of information stolen from a database without also having the key. The data store where cardholder data is kept cannot be connected to via the internet.

7.5

All communication between Braintree and us is securely performed using the SSL-Security socket layer protocol. Our site is so secure and the log is displayed as HTTPS

8. Guarantee

8.1

If there are faults or defects in the items that you have purchased from the PAVEL BREJCHA website, we abide by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know by returning the goods to us without delay by using the provided pre-printed return form. shop@pavelbrejcha.com

10. Privacy policy

10.1

Privacy purchaser who is a natural person is provided by Act no. 101/2000 Coll., On Protection of Personal Data, as amended.

10.2

Personal data, which are supplied by the Buyer to the Seller in order to fulfill orders, may be collected, processed and stored in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic, especially the Law on Personal Data Protection.

10.3

Purchaser gives his consent to the collection and processing of personal data in order to fulfill the purpose of the subject concluded the purchase agreement for a period of six months. For marketing purposes and for sending commercial messages and information to the purchaser must give the Buyer approval. The Buyer has the right to access his personal data and the right to correct them, including other legal rights to these data.

10.4

Personal data will be processed for half a year. Personal data will be processed electronically in an automated manner or in printed form non-automated manner.

10.5

The Buyer confirms that the personal information is accurate and that he was advised that it is voluntarily provide personal information.

10.6

According to the law of the Czech republic we are registered with The Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz) under number 0071798/001 since 21.3.2017.

11. Ownership of rights

11.1

All intelectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights on the www.pavelbrejcha.com website remain with designer PAVEL BREJCHA.Any use of the website or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of PAVEL BREJCHA.
